LRES Names New VP, National Sales Manager

LRES, a national firm specializing in residential and commercial valuations and asset management services, announced that Candice Merriweather has joined the team as VP and national sales manager.

Merriweather joins LRES from StreetLinks Lender Solutions, where she served as national sales director. Under her guidance, the company increased sales and implemented new strategies by focusing on relationships with C-level executives in the lending space.

Her 20-year career also includes leadership positions at Service 1st Valuation and Title, Kirchmeyer & Associates, and the Property Source, among others.

At LRES, Merriweather's responsibilities focus on recruiting and training sales associates, meeting sales goals of profitable revenue, and developing and cultivating client relationships.

"Candice's vast experience in executive-level sales positions at respectable financial institutions across the country will greatly benefit our sales force as we continue to grow our national presence to better serve our valued clients," said Roger Beane, LRES founder and CEO.
