Valuation Partners Announces Sales Staff Changes

jobline-handshakesTo help manage its expanding business and drive new growth, appraisal management firm Valuation Partners announced two promotions and one new addition to its sales staff.

Starting off, Mark Lyons has moved up to the new role of SVP of corporate sales development. Lyons has been with Valuation Partners since 2009 and has more than 30 years of experience in the mortgage banking and settlement services industry. In his new position, he will be responsible for heading up the company's strategic planning initiatives, maintaining key national account relationships, and leading product development.

Clint Reinhardt has also been promoted, stepping into the role of SVP of national sales and marketing manager. Reinhardt has more than 25 years of business development experience in correspondent, retail, settlement services, and sales management in the mortgage industry. He is now responsible for leading Valuation Partners' sales team nationwide.

Finally, Robert Gans has joined the team as VP and national account executive. Coming to Valuation Partners from Sierra Pacific Mortgage, Gans will be responsible for selling real estate valuation services to mortgage bankers, banks, and credit unions in the Midwest and North Central parts of the United States. His 20-plus year career in the mortgage industry includes experience in wholesale and correspondent sales, new account development, and account management.
