Domestic-based mortgage services provider LenderLive, headquartered in Denver, Colorado, has announced the hiring of John Parrish as a regional account executive for the firm’s correspondent lending division.

Parrish has more than 20 years of experience in the mortgage industry. His most recent position was with Impac Mortgage as an account executive in which he managed and built relationships across a five-state territory. He has also held positions with CMG Financial, Aurora Loan Services, and Countrywide Home Loans (Bank of America).

“John is a proven business leader with deep experience in the mortgage industry,” said David Vida, president of Mortgage Services at LenderLive. “His addition to the team enhances our strong capabilities and commitment to provide our clients with unique solutions to fit all their needs.”

In his new role with LenderLive, Parrish will work with current and prospective clients, primarily community banks and credit unions across a five-state region that includes Ohio, Michigan, West Virginia, Kentucky, and Indiana that are either currently participating in or considering participation in LenderLive’s Correspondent Lending Program. The program is designed to serve the needs of mid-tier and smaller originators that want to protect customer relationships. The Correspondent Lending Program is different from many of the large bank programs in that it offers an option to co-brand servicing with its correspondents along with greater engagement during the sales process in order to keep clients informed on the status of loans, such as quick client approval. Other features the program offers include quick client approval, fast turn times, and competitive pricing.
