LenderLive Names SVP of Operations for Settlement Services

LenderLive Network's Settlement Services division has gained a new leader, with longtime mortgage veteran Joe Chappell joining as SVP of operations.

In his new position, Chappell will be responsible for vendor management, title, and escrow operations in three of LenderLive’s locations: Denver; Kansas City; and Madison Heights, Michigan.

Chappell brings more than 25 years of experience to the company, having served most recently as SVP and general manager of settlement services at Solutionstar. Prior to that, he held multiple senior-level positions at Equifax for more than 14 years, including SVP of global operations—mortgage operations.

“The addition of Joe to our leadership team is indicative of the strategic investments we are making to fuel the growth of LenderLive Settlement Services,” said LenderLive President Joe Mowery. “As we continue to scale our business and operations, it is imperative that we maintain operational discipline and continue to drive innovation so our solutions anticipate, solve and support the transformation of the mortgage industry.”
