Barry Owens

OrangeGrid, a provider of highly configurable business process workflow solutions to the financial services industry, announced that Barry Owens, a seasoned professional with nearly three decades industry experience, has joined its growing team as VP of business development.

“With a wealth of experience on both sides of the client-vendor relationship, Owens developed a keen understanding of client needs and how to best leverage OrangeGrid’s highly configurable technology to deliver ROI-focused solutions based on workflow efficiencies, for better utilization of staffing, rapid problem resolution, transparency, and accountability,” said Todd Mobraten, CEO and founder at OrangeGrid.

Owens entered the mortgage servicing industry in 1990 shortly after graduating from The Ohio State University with a B.A. in Economics and went on to serve in numerous management capacities for over a decade before his departure from JPMorgan Chase in 2003 to pursue his sales career on the vendor side of the financial services industry. During his tenure with USRES, WFG National Title Insurance Company, SingleSource, and DIMONT, Owens successfully represented a wide range of services, including title insurance, valuations, REO outsourcing, property preservation, investor claims, insurance, and technology.

“We are thrilled have Owens on our team and are confident in his ability to help OrangeGrid continue building strong collaborative relationships across our rapidly expanding client base for years to come,” said Mobraten.
