Chase Launches Home Center in Scottsdale

Recently, Chase unveiled its first Home Center in Scottsdale, Arizona. With the aim of being a one-stop resource for homebuyers, the center features listings, resources, virtual reality home tours and experts under one roof.

According to a statement by Chase, the center provides highly accurate, advanced and complete home search tools under one roof to create a convenient experience for the homebuyer, plus a team dedicated to helping them discover and close on their ideal home. The Home Center’s concierge services are available for extended hours to answer all questions, like how to choose a neighborhood, how to choose a home, how do you start the mortgage process. The Home Center is also an ideal location for realtors to host clients and take advantage of the facility’s resources.

“The Home Center is a new concept that connects local area home buyers with expert advice and state-of-the-art technology,” says Lawrence Bailey, Head of Retail Sales for Chase Home Lending. “We know our customers, especially first-time homebuyers, need in-person advice, in a comfortable environment, from a trusted source. An educated buyer is an empowered buyer.”

Some of the features available at the center include concierge services to help homebuyers navigate the resources available there, accelerated closings, hyperlocal neighborhood information, 3D and virtual reality home tours, digital advice bars, meeting areas with monitors, no-obligation access to tools and resources, Chase's latest pricing and availability of mortgage rates, free wi-fi, coffee bar, kids zone, and convenient evening hours.

The HomeCenter’s concierge services are available for extended hours to answer all questions, like how to choose a neighborhood, how to choose a home, how do you start the mortgage process. The Home Center is also available for realtors to host clients and take advantage of the facility’s resources.
