ICON Believes in Regional Talent

""Icon Residential Lenders"":http://www.iconwholesale.com/ recently bolstered the company's West Coast sales team with two notable promotions from within the organization and a new hire joining Icon from 360 Mortgage Group.

Rhett Hubbard was promoted to area sales manager for Orange and San Diego counties, and Justin Smith will also take on an upgraded role as area sales manager for Los Angeles, Riverside, San Bernardino, and Ventura counties.

New to Icon, Debbie Hood has been appointed as the area sales manager for the Pacific Northwest.

Hubbard was known as a top producer during his two-plus years as an account executive with Icon, and the company hopes to build on his sales performance and previous management experience.

Charged with managing sales in four counties, Smith has a proven track record during his three years as an inside sales manager with Icon, and the company noted his dedication to his clients and industry knowledge.

Hood brings more than 20 years of experience to Icon, and during her stint with 360, Hood demonstrated talent in sales, operations, and growing production and territory. Hood also has previous experience with ""Countrywide"":https://www.bankofamerica.com/homepage/overview.go Home Loans.

Of the personnel changes, Icon's chief operating officer, Phil Giunta, said, ""We selected these executives because they have demonstrated that they have the skills to increase our market share and help our business achieve even greater success.""
