CWCapital Welcomes a New SVP for Multifamily Lending

Multifamily and commercial lender, ""CWCapital"":www.cwcapital.com/, has added a new senior vice president.

The company recently announced the addition of David A.Burt as CWCapital's SVP within its small balance, multifamily program. In his new role for the company Burt will be responsible for originating and structuring loans through the platform.

According to a statement from CWCapital, the division in which Burt will serve extends a variety of Fannie Mae products that are ""designed specifically for multifamily loans up to $5 million.""

Burt boasts more than two decades of experience in the commercial and multifamily real estate finance industries. Previously in his career, he has held senior positions at various national lending firms and banks, and CWCapital noted that Burt was considered a ""top producer.""

Fred Nelson, Program Manager of CWCapital's Fannie Mae lending program for small balance loans, said, ""We feel very fortunate to have David join the CW team. He is extremely knowledgeable of California markets, has a solid record of success as an originator, and has deep familiarity with the development of small loan programs and policies.

""We look forward to working with David and are confident his expertise will allow us to continue to expand the platform,"" Nelson added.
