Bough, an industry veteran, has accrued nearly two decades of experience in the real estate, banking, and mortgage sectors. Prior to joining Solidifi, Bough was the head of credit and valuations for ""ING Direct USA"":http://www.home.ingdirect.com/.

Jason Smith, president and CEO of Solidifi, commented on Bough's hiring, stating, ""ING Direct USA was one of our first clients. Andrew understands our philosophy and focus on integrity and doing the job right. He also knows firsthand what our clients need and expect and what appraisers need to perform to their maximum capabilities. We are thrilled to have him on board as we continue to grow Solidifi and raise the bar for the industry as a whole.""

In response, Bough noted, ""I am an appraiser advocate. I always have been. The fact that Solidifi had the technological advancements that allowed it to pay full fee to appraisers two years before it became a regulatory requirement is the reason ING Direct engaged Solidifi. It speaks to the company's integrity and focus on professionalism and quality.""
