New Hire for Prudential Morgage’s New Location

The multifamily division of ""Prudential Mortgage Capital Company"":www.prumortgagecapital.com/ has a new addition to its team of originators, with the hiring of Kip Kimble. Prudential Mortgage, which functions as the commercial mortgage lending division of ""Prudential Financial, Inc."":www.prudential.com/, will install Kimble in its newly opened Boston, Massachusetts office.

The Boston branch, opened Oct. 3, will focus on originating multifamily loans in markets around the U.S., and Kimble will he an active part of the team, while reporting directly to Prudential Mortgage principal Jim Hensley in Atlanta, Georgia. In a company statement, Prudential Mortgage noted that hiring Kimble was part of its expansion plan for its origination platform.

Previously, Kimble has worked for ""Deutsche Bank Berkshire Mortgage"":www.dbberkshiremortgage.com/ in originations, where he was on record as originating more than $5 billion in multifamily business. Kimble also boasts experience with the Bank of Boston, where he served as a vice president.

Hensley said of Kimble's addition to Prudential Mortgage, ""Kip's extensive experience in multifamily real estate lending and loan origination will be an excellent addition to our team. His ability to leverage his knowledge of both agencies combined with Prudential Mortgage Capital's other capital sources will prove extremely valuable to borrowers and investors.""
