According to ""Fannie Mae's"":http://www.fanniemae.com/kb/index?page=home Web site, the ""HomePath"":http://www.homepath.com/financing/index.html mortgage is a financial product that allows the borrower to buy a ""Fannie"":http://www.fanniemae.com/kb/index?page=home-owned property without mortgage insurance, with a minimal down payment, flexible mortgage terms, and lender-free appraisal.

""Fannie Mae"":http://www.fanniemae.com/kb/index?page=home also plans to offer a 3.5 percent closing cost and $1,200 bonus to selling agents from June 14 to October 31 the same year.
