ReverseVision Grows With Addition of New Operations Team

ONeal-Potter w captionReverse mortgage software and technology provider ReverseVision has grown their company with the addition of a new Operations Team, according to an announcement from the company.

The Operations Team will focus exclusively on product operations, system monitoring, capacity planning, backup, recovery, hosting management, and product release.

"ReverseVision is committed to providing the most powerful and reliable technology to support the RV Exchange system today and in the future," ReverseVision President John Button said. "The addition of the Operations Team ensures we are best positioned for reliable growth to support our customer and the industry."Perkins w caption

Tim O'Neal will be joining ReverseVision to lead the Operations Team as VP of Operations. His previous positions include AVP Infrastructure & Platform Operations at Bridgepoint Education, Director of Operations & Enterprise Infrastructure at Intuit, and VP of eCommerce at New Century Mortgage. Among his accomplishments in these roles were increasing availability of client-facing systems to meet targets, implementing cloud strategy to complement company growth, and managing the implementation of data centers to increase capacity and provide for around-the-clock operations.

Also joining the Operations Team will be David Perkins and Ron Potter. Perkins, who is new to ReverseVision, previously worked for Atlas REO, a repossessed property management Software as a Service (SaaS) company with an extensive background in enterprise technology platforms, achieving scale and growth, and implementing secure banking standards and ops procedures. Potter, who has a wealth of experience in implementing new technologies on an enterprise scale, has been with ReverseVision for nearly a year and a half.

An improved product infrastructure hosted by RackSpace, a cloud-based computing company with scalable infrastructure and tools, is among the 2015 operational business initiatives already underway at ReverseVision that the new Operations Team will advance. All the initiatives are backed by around-the-clock support.

"No technology company in the reverse mortgage industry has a more knowledgeable, experienced and dedicated team of experts in all areas of the business," Button said. "We are committed to growing key members of our staff and investing to ensure we are offering the best origination system available."

ReverseVision has an office on the West Coast in San Diego, California, and one on the East Coast in Raleigh, North Carolina.
