FormFree Awarded Patent for Asset Verification System

tech-sightsIn Georgia, FormFree Holdings Corporation has successfully patented its AccountChek product, the world's first automated asset verification system.

Working with leading lenders and GSEs, AccountChek collects data directly from most financial institutions and generates reports in a matter of minutes, creating time savings for both borrowers and lenders.

Through the newly patented system, lenders and consumers can also instantly authorize and share any critical borrower information necessary for closing loans—and on any device.

FormFree said the patent further demonstrates the industry's "unstoppable" shift toward digital lending as a way to reduce possible problem loans and mitigate the potential for another crisis.

"The patent further validates and protects AccountChek as we approach widespread adoption and industry acceptance," said FormFree CEO Brent Chandler. "By leveraging our strategic partnerships with some of the financial services industry's leading institutions and government sponsored enterprises, FormFree is poised to lead the digital age of lending."
