Comergence Hires VP of Business Development

NewComergence, a California firm specializing in the design and development of third-party mortgage risk management platforms, named Corey Przenkop as VP for business development.

Przenkop joins Comergence from Accurity Valuation, where he focused on sales and client retention in his role as director of business development. He also has experience working as a liaison between companies and clients, having worked on the firm's social media networking and marketing management.

"In the short time he has been with Comergence, Corey has become an expert on our appraiser platform, and demonstrated that he has the expertise and experience to help clients address their compliance concerns," said Greg Schroeder, president of Comergence. "He has tremendous knowledge of the regulations that affect lenders and AMCs and a passion to work closely with these clients to help them stay in compliance."

As VP for business development at Comergence, Przenkop is now responsible for nationwide sales of the company's REALM for Appraisers platform.

"I am excited to join Comergence because the firm has developed the only automated third-party risk-management tools that notify AMCs and lenders in near real time and ensure our clients have the best possible due diligence solution in the mortgage business," Przenkop said.
