Radian Group Inc. announced that they are unveiling “bold, new visual identity” for the company.

In an effort to streamline the mortgage loan origination process, ValuAmerica announced Tuesday that LendingQB customers will now have access to ValuAmerica title services.

The Digital Close technology will provide built-in eSign and eNotarization capabilities, which allows borrowers to sign and notaries to verify and stamp documents digitally.

The partnership has allowed ValuAmerica to integrate its ValuNet xsp platform with Ellie Mae’s Encompass all-in-one mortgage management solution.
