ATPR, a subsidiary of SLK Global, is a provider of technology focused solutions for the real estate and settlement services industry.

In his new role, Cobb will be responsible for the sales and operations of SmartProp and other planned products in the mortgage lender and real estate information segments, the release says. Cobb has served as SVP with WFG Lender Services and group SVP with LandAmerica Financial Group. He has also held leadership roles in the Citigroup and General American Corp.

“ATPR is steadily growing into the role of trusted provider for many of its clients, and that is what brings me here,” Cobb said. “I look forward to the opportunity to grow that reputation and deliver unmatched value to the mortgage and settlement services industry.”
