Bifurcated Appraisals: What You Need to Know

Claudia Mobilia manages all operations for Embrace Home Loans, including processing, underwriting, closing, support, and vendor management. Mobilia has accrued more than 29 years of mortgage banking experience at Embrace Home Loans. She began in the Capital Market department and quickly worked her way up the ranks, spending time in Underwriting, Report Management, Closing, and Sales.

George Paquette is the Chief Appraiser of Springhouse, which is a business of Altisource. Prior to joining Springhouse and Altisource, Paquette served as the Chief Appraiser for a national AMC and REO servicing company for nearly 10 years and worked for large lenders and owned a real estate appraisal officer in Orange County, California.

Tracy Phillips leads Collateral Valuation Operations, both East and West Field teams, Reverse Mortgage Valuation, Valuation Infrastructure, and Quality Assurance. Phillips is responsible for managing valuations workflow, local market presence, operations, and product quality to facilitate a reliable and consistent asset evaluation. She works closely with Procurement, Vendor Management, Legal, Credit Policy and Digital Products to ensure a cost-effective and reliable collateral valuations for use internally for risk mitigation and externally by the customer and borrower.
