CFPB: You Have the Right To File

The Consumer Financial Protection Bureau announced a new rule Monday prohibiting companies from using mandatory arbitration clauses to keep consumers from filing class-action lawsuits. In doing so, the CFPB is giving consumers another potential remedy.
