The MBA recently released its Weekly Mortgage Applications Survey for the week ending November 17, finding that mortgage applications increased by 0.1 percent week over week. Unadjusted, it decreased 2 percent, week-over-week.

In terms of FHA loans, total FHA applications increased to 10.6 percent, a week-over-week increase from 10.2 The VA share of total applications increased to 10.7 percent from 10.1 percent the week prior, while the USDA share of total applications remained unchanged at 0.7 percent.
