AIM Your Way Names New CEO

Mitch Schneider

AIM Your Way, LLC, a Dallas, Texas-based property maintenance services provider for the mortgage industry for 30 years, has appointed Mitch Schneider as CEO.

Schneider has more than 20 years of expertise in the industry with a focus on client retention, business administration, and change management across multiple disciplines. Those disciplines include mortgage default services, OEM manufacturing, and telecommunications.

Schneider is actively involved in many industry and professional trade associations. He has also served on the Board of Governors for the National Association of Mortgage Field Services (NAMFS). Schneider holds a BS degree from Ashland University and an MBA from Kent State University, both in Ohio.
