Mortgage Contracting Services [1], LLC (MCS) has announced that it will be relocating its corporate headquarters to Lewisville, Texas, about 20 miles to the west of the current location of the headquarters in the North Dallas suburb of Plano, Texas.

MCS will be leasing a 120,000-square-foot building in the new Lewisville location, about 50,000-square-feet larger than the current Plano headquarters. The new office building can accommodate up to 720 employees, compared to about 450 in the Plano office. The move is expected to be completed in the summer of 2016.

“This move allows MCS to continue to grow and serve our clients,” said MCS CEO Caroline Reaves. “The proximity to major highways and DFW Airport will promote our ability to service clients nationwide and enhance our mission to protect and preserve communities across the country.”

David Wetherington, EVP at Colliers International in Dallas, represented MCS in the move.

“This move allows MCS to continue to grow and serve our clients.”
