Mortgage Contracting Services, LLC (MCS) has announced the formation of MCS Solutions in order to incorporate the company’s valuations, title services, and steel security product line, according to an announcement from MCS.

Chad Mosley, who joined MCS in 2008 as assistant vice president of business development and has served as senior vice president with the company since 2012, has been promoted to the position of chief operating officer of MCS Solutions. In his new role, Mosley will assume executive responsibilities for MCS Valuations, MCS Title, and Vacant Property Services (VPS). For the last four years, the company has grown substantially as Mosley has overseen business development efforts, industry relations initiatives, and corporate expansion in his role as SVP.

“MCS has continued to grow by expanding our product offerings and adding new clients,” CEO Caroline Reaves said. “We also have entered the title and valuation space through our recent acquisitions. During this time of growth, it is critical that we maintain our focus on the field services business and continue to provide first-class service to our clients while increasing our title and valuations footprint. The formation of MCS Solutions with Chad at the helm will help facilitate that growth.”

MCS will continue the company’s field services work under the leadership of chief operating officer John Maxwell.

MCS is celebrating its 30th year of protecting and preserving communities across the nation in 2016. Services provided by MCS include property inspections, property preservation, REO property maintenance, valuations, and other mortgage-related services in all 50 states for some of the largest and most respected banks and mortgage servicers in the industry. In addition to the corporate headquarters which is moving from Plano, Texas, to Lewisville, Texas, this summer, MCS also has offices in Tampa, Florida, and Ruston, Louisiana.
