LenderLive Brings Industry Veterans into Its National Sales Division

LenderLive [1], a mortgage services provider, announced last week the addition of two new vice presidents to its settlement services division. Industry veterans David Tiberio and George Schultz join LenderLive as VPs of National Sales for the Denver, Colorado-based company.

Tiberio and Schultz will oversee both new and existing client relationships and will report to Larry Hudnall, EVP of Settlement Services at LenderLive.

“We know our clients are always looking for ways to increase efficiencies in their workflows to reduce costs, errors and risk, which is why we are dedicated to investing in expert talent, such as George and David. Their combined business development and client relations skills enable them to provide a superior customer experience,” Hudnall said. “I’m confident they will be valuable additions to the Settlement Services team and LenderLive as a whole.”

Schultz has more than 20 years of industry experience, most recently serving as VP of Business Development and Client Management for Kensington Vanguard National Land Title. In this role, he helped build and diversify the company’s clientele.

George_SchultzSchultz spent two decades at Title Resource Group working in sales, vendor management, client management, and serving as VP of National Operations, a role in which he managed client expectations and company goals for Fortune 100 clients.

Tiberio has more than 25 years of financial industry experience in senior roles at mortgage and title companies. He oversaw business development and the selling of title and settlement services for loss mitigation at First American and spent 10 years at Bank of America in the financial and mortgage servicing operations divisions.
