Ernst Integrates Services of First American Mortgage Solutions

Ernst Publishing Company has announced the integration of the services of First American Mortgage Solutions into its closing cost search and fee management software in order to allow Ernst clients one-button access to title, settlement, and recording fee quotes from First American Mortgage Solutions accurately and quickly.

The integration will allow Ernst clients to use the quotes obtained from First American Mortgage Solutions to populate the loan estimate that is required in many residential real estate transactions. Ernst will use XML requests to make direct queries to First American Mortgage Solutions for fees guaranteed to be accurate and then use the information throughout all of Ernst’s technology solutions.
