Churchill Mortgage Adds 25 New Employees, Widens National Scope

As a result of the consistent and steady rise in homeowner demand throughout 2018, Churchill Mortgage, a leader in the mortgage industry providing conventional, FHA, VA, and USDA residential mortgages across 46 states, has welcomed 25 new employees to its branches in Arizona, Florida, Iowa, Maryland, Michigan, North Carolina, Oklahoma, Oregon, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia, and Washington.

“Here at Churchill Mortgage, hiring individuals who share our goal of assisting borrowers toward achieving debt-free homeownership is a top priority,” said Mike Hardwick, President of Churchill Mortgage. “Each member of our team works diligently to ensure every homebuyer’s needs are met, thus ensuring their current and future financial success.”

In Brentwood, Tennessee, Churchill has added six employees including Don Merlo, who brings 36 years of mortgage experience to his role as a home loan specialist; Heather Wilson joins as a home loan specialist; Gardleth Azurdia as a transaction coordinator; Marlon Moore as a technical support specialist; and Lindsey Williamson and Martha Cisneros join as a home loan specialist assistants. In Herndon, Virginia, the lender adds Kelly Seekford as a home loan assistant; Lindsey Nelson as a mortgage loan processor assistant; Ashley Matthews joins as a home loan specialist in Franklin, North Carolina; and Ray Tate and Jodi Hillmar join the Columbia, Maryland branch as home loan specialists. Additionally, Todd Croy and Deanna Valeo were welcomed to the Charlotte, North Carolina branch as branch managers. Home loan specialist Sandi Green, who brings 20 years of industry experience, and home loan assistant Jordan Del Palacio join the lender out of Renton, Washington; and Scott Russell joins as a home loan specialist out of Oklahoma.

In Texas, Joe Brown joins as a home loan specialist serving the Austin and San Antonio branches. Evan Luchaco joins Churchill’s Portland, Oregon branch as a home loan specialist. Timothy Bowditch joins Churchill’s Grand Rapids, Michigan, branch as a home loan specialist; and Kristina Mounts joins as a Transaction Coordinator. The lender also welcomes 19-year mortgage industry veteran Scott Kolb, and Brad Bosch who join Churchill’s branch in Iowa as home loan specialists; Adrienne Castens who joins the Tampa, Florida, branch as a home loan specialist; and joining Churchill’s Phoenix, Arizona branch is Megan Paulus and Todd Edgar as home loan specialists.
