Dallas, Texas-based PlainsCapital Bank [1] has announced the appointment of Deric Barnett as Executive Vice President of the bank’s National Warehouse Lending Division.
In his position as EVP with PlainsCapital Bank, Barnett will be responsible for the growth, development, and long-term success of the bank’s warehouse lending platform.
Barnett’s experience in residential lending, which spans more than a decade, includes holding leadership positions with Texas Capital Bank, where he served as VP Product Development, developing product and program content for that bank’s Correspondent Lending Division; and Prime Lending, where he served as Product Development and Investor Relations Director, developing mortgage lending products and executions.
