- A mobile friendly design that allows the Real Estate Center to be used anywhere, anytime, from any mobile device, providing a seamless on-the-go experience;
- Data on previous purchase prices and recent home sales, based on the latest data coming from approximately 95 percent of the country’s multiple listing service (MLS) listings;
- Email alerts to let clients know when a new home is listed for sale in their area, or a house on the market sells or changes status from pending offer to sold in MLS;
- Neighborhood data that provides information, such as walkability scores and school information, on how a specific neighborhood fits a buyer’s personal needs;
- A calculator to help buyers experiment with potential monthly payment scenarios, predict closing costs, and complete an affordability snapshot;
- financial education tools readily available to consumers.
