First Community Mortgage Announces New Leaders

First Community Mortgage  [1](FCM) has announced the recent promotion of three team members to new Senior Management positions, according to an announcement by Keith Canter, CEO.

Loretta Roberts has been promoted to Senior VP of Compliance, Lorenzo Adams is now VP of Wholesale Operations, and Megan Breymaier has been named Assistant VP and Creative Director.

“What a pleasure it is to announce these promotions,” said Canter. “Each of these team members has been with FCM for several years.

“They are all excellent professionals and have demonstrated their commitment to our shareholders, clients, other team members, and the community,” Canter continued. “Their efforts contribute significantly to FCM accomplishing our commitment to being both the lender of choice and the employer of choice in the markets we serve.”

Roberts’ new role will support her goal of developing valuable resources and relationships for both sales and operations as she continues to lead the compliance department. She has been with FCM for 9 years and during her tenure with FCM, Roberts has been involved in processing, wholesale, operations, compliance, and countless other areas and projects.

In his new position, Adams will lead the fulfillment and sales support teams for the Eastern U.S.  Adams will drive customer focus and process improvement through serving management teams across the credit, account management, and closing departments.  Prior to his promotion, Adams led the business intelligence and renovation and specialty lending efforts at FCM.

Breymaier is now the Assistant VP and Creative Director for FCM’s marketing department. In her new role, she will lead the department’s creative team for the wholesale, retail, and correspondent mortgage channels.  As a 6-year FCM veteran, her new responsibilities also include overseeing national branding initiatives through creative guidelines, promotional materials, advertisements, and vendor relationships.

The promotions are all in effect and each person is now serving in their new capacity.
