Alliant National Title Insurance Company Hires New Regulatory Compliance Officer and Vice President

Alliant National Title Insurance Company [2], a title insurance underwriter that partners with Independent Agents to improve their competitive position in the marketplace, announced that the company has hired Elyce Schweitzer as their new Regulatory Compliance Officer and VP.

Based in Longmont, Colorado, Alliant National provides a partnership environment with its agents to improve the accuracy, efficiency, and timeliness of their products. Schwuitzer’s main focus with her new role will be to continuously provide guidance on regulatory requirements for compliance with applicable title insurance laws, while spearheading all relevant research and analysis.

Schweitzer’s experience includes working in law and real estate for over 20 years. Upon earning her Master’s in Health Sciences from the University of Central Florida and a law degree from the Albany Law School of Union University, Schweitzer entered the title industry as Claims Counsel for First American Title and then, later, Commonwealth Land Title.

In 2010, Schweitzer opened her own on the real estate sector, representing parties and mediating foreclosure cases. She is also a member of the Florida Bar, the New York Bar, and the U.S. District Court, Middle District of Florida. She has also acted as Florida Supreme Court Certified Circuit Civil Mediator, and is a certified Project Management Professional. In addition, Schweitzer is an adjunct instructor at Valencia College, where she teaches both project management and ethics classes.
