Arch MI Announces Updated Integration with ByteSoftware

Arch Mortgage Insurance (ArchMI), a provider of private mortgage insurance (MI) and a wholly owned subsidiary of Arch Capital Group Ltd., announced the completion of an updated integration with Byte Software’s BytePro Loan Origination Software (LOS). With this newly designed integration, users have direct access to Arch MI RateStar—the only risk-based pricing solution in the industry—without leaving the BytePro LOS.

“Arch MI's newly-updated integration on the BytePro LOS delivers a modern ordering experience for our mutual customers,” said Chris Hovey, Arch MI’s EVP and COO. “We are committed to bringing technology solutions to the marketplace that improve lender efficiency and accuracy, and this new integration on the BytePro LOS will help lenders close more loans with RateStar – Arch MI’s most dynamic rate program.”

RateStar matches Arch MI’s most competitive MI rates more precisely to individual loan risk. With the press of a button, BytePro users can now generate RateStar pricing, then view side-by-side comparisons of multiple live Arch MI products and rates. In addition, originators can select and order the best delegated and non-delegated MI options for their borrowers. Order results are returned in seconds and updated automatically in BytePro to ensure accuracy.

“Working with an industry leader such as Arch MI is a huge opportunity for Byte and for BytePro users,” said Mark Todd, Byte Software’s National Sales and Client Services Manager. “Our mutual clients rely on this platform to secure the best options for their borrowers and our integration will provide fast and accurate results.”
