On a recent broadcast of Mortgage Markets Today, Roger Beane, Founder & CEO of LRES Corporation, discussed current regulations and shadow inventory.  Beane stated that the institutional residential investor held real estate inventory should be calculated into shadow inventory numbers.  Institutional investors not the end users and the inventory will eventually come to market.  Beane goes onto to discuss valuation methodology, potential real estate value bubbles and regulation.
