RFC Promotes Branch Manager to VP of Sales

""Residential Finance Corporation"":http://www.residentialfinance.com/index.html (RFC), an award-winning nationwide mortgage lender headquartered in Ohio and with branches around the country, announced the promotion of branch manager Joe Buxton to the position of VP of sales.

Buxton joined RFC in 2006 as a loan officer, quickly working his way up to branch manager. He has earned many awards during his tenure at RFC, including the President's Club Award for Excellence in Sales Management for the last three years.

As VP of sales, he is responsible for fostering communication and teamwork throughout the company as well as hiring, compensation, rewards, and recognition among the sales force. He also works to enhance the understanding and application of sales tools.
