Kroll Factual Data Integrates Loan Quality Products into ISGN Plug-In

The first product to be integrated is Kroll Factual Data's Loan Review Report (LRR), a product specifically designed to help clients comply with Fannie Mae's Loan Quality Initiative (LQI). LRR will launch on the platform in January. Future releases, all scheduled for the first [COLUMN_BREAK]

quarter of 2013, include Tax Return Verifications and Verification of Employment services.

Kroll Factual Data's Bureau Express Credit Reports and Flood Determination Reports are already integrated.

The primary purpose of Fannie Mae's LQI is to capture critical loan data earlier in the process and validate before, during, and immediately after loan delivery, thus preventing future repurchase demands. According to a release from Kroll Factual Data, the company's LRR includes a credit report, updated tradeline balances, and a Mortgage Electronic Registration System (MERS) search, all designed to simply the process of identifying liabilities and aid in compliance.
