First Valuation Names New National Sales Executive

In Colorado, ""First Valuation"":http://www.firstvaluation.com/ named Ted Venhorst as national sales executive.

Venhorst's real estate and financial services career has spanned nearly three decades, taking him through such nationally recognized companies as UPF Services, The CIT Group, NovaStar Mortgage, and IndyMac Bank. His long career has given him experience in banking, correspondent lending, and advisory services with an emphasis in mortgage loan origination, securitization, and servicing.

In his role at First Valuation, Venhorst will manage existing client relationships and work to engage in new valuation partnerships from the company's remote office in Phoenix, Arizona.
