Nationstar Acquires Equifax Settlement Services Holding

Nationstar said the acquisition occurred February 6 and revealed plans to combine ESS with its Solutionstar platform and rebrand ESS as Solutionstar Settlement Services.

ESS provides appraisal, title insurance and settlement services and employs over 130 people in Coraopolis, Pennsylvania and Frisco, Texas.
