Residential Finance Hires Director of Organizational Development

Gray possesses extensive experience as a learning and developing strategist in the financial services industry. Prior to joining RFC, she served as senior manager of employee learning for Discover Home Loans, Inc., where [COLUMN_BREAK]

she led the training of mortgage staff and the development as design of the company's training programs. Before that, she held similar duties as employee learning director for LendingTree, LLC, where she managed training staff at all company locations nationwide.

In her position at RFC, Gray will work with the company's management to design and implement training and development programs.
