Mortgage Master Announces New Regional Operations Manager for Midwest

Menza brings more than two decades of experience in retail and wholesale lending operations, including loan processing, underwriting, closing, post-closing, and investor delivery. She also has experience running an in-house appraisal department. As regional operations manager, she is responsible for managing operations for Mortgage Master's Midwest region and building a high-quality operations team to support the company's growth.

Menza joins Mortgage Master from Fairway Independent Mortgage, where she was VP of wholesale lending operations. Previously, she served as VP of lending operations at Park National Bank, where she managed lending operations and led the development and training of lending personnel. Prior to that, she held various positions as MidAmerica Bank, including SVP/director of lending operations.
