Veros Hires Former Fannie Mae VP to Lead Strategic Initiatives

""Veros Real Estate Solution"":www.veros.com/s has announced a new senior vice president of strategic initiatives.

The company recently hired former ""Fannie Mae"":http://www.fanniemae.com/ vice president, Charles Rumfola, to fill the leadership position.

In his new role for Veros, Rumfola will be responsible for managing numerous key initiatives in the secondary markets.

Rumfola will remain based in Washington, D.C. while with California-based Veros.

Prior to teaming up with Veros, Rumfola performed as Fannie Mae's vice president of single-family strategic initiatives. Rumfola's duties for the GSE included heading up the entity's Uniform Mortgage Data Program.

Commenting on the company's decision to add Rumfola, Veros' president and CEO, Darius Bozorgi, said, ""We are honored to have Chuck join our team. Chuck has made significant contributions to the mortgage industry during his tenure at Fannie Mae and I am confident his expertise and vision will further propel Veros' growth and enhance our role in an industry that continues to navigate through an exciting period of redefinition.""

Rumfola added his own positive statements, noting, ""I'm pleased to announce my transition to Veros.
