Churchill Hires New Home Loan Specialists

In Texas, ""Churchill Mortgage"":www.churchillmortgage.com/ has added two industry professionals to bolster mortgage loan production in its Houston branch. The company recently announced that Peter Oreziak and Mike Gonzalez have been hired as home loan specialists.

Prior to joining Churchill, Oreziak accrued more than nine years of experience in the mortgage business, and he has previously

been active in customer service and transaction protection initiatives. Oreziak's new role for Churchill encompasses the provision of client guidance throughout the lending process from application to funding, while also supporting the company's long term goals.

In an official statement, Churchill noted of Oreziak, ""He is committed to the highest quality standards and will find the mortgage loan that best fits borrowers' needs.""

Gonzalez has been in the home loan business for over a decade, and he has worked in diverse sectors of the mortgage industry including transacting jumbo loans and loans for self-employed borrowers. In 2010, Gonzalez boasted a record-breaking year, processing $5 million in loans for ""InterLinc Mortgage"":www.interlincmortgage.com/; while with the company, Gonzalez was the recipient of InterLinc's ""That's Impossible"" Award for his performance.

Based in Brentwood, Tennessee, Churchill extends conventional, FHA, VA, and USDA residential mortgages across 23 states. Unique within the industry, Churchill is the only mortgage lender endorsed by nationally syndicated radio personality and personal finance expert and author, Dave Ramsey.
