Gateway and MCS Announce Partnership

Targeting enhanced efficiency for the property-related management of its servicing portfolio, Gateway chose Florida-based MCS for streamlined support.

Internally, Gateway is expanding its servicing portfolio, in addition to promoting growth within its newly opened sub servicing unit. Through its partnership with MCS, Gateway will

have access to the company's various inspection services, ongoing preservation services, and monitoring activities for property ordinances.

In a company statement, Gateway noted that the decision to partner with MCS was prompted by the company's ability to provide nationwide solutions. Additionally, Gateway recognized MCS for its ""experience and commitment to quality performance.""

Commenting on the relationship between the two companies, Kevin Osuna, a vice president for Gateway, stated, ""MCS' team has extensive expertise in the property preservation of GSE loans, especially FHA. With our new subservicing unit specializing in these types of loans, the partnership is a perfect fit. Because of its leadership in the field services industry, we are confident MCS will provide Gateway with the tools necessary for success in our servicing endeavors.""
