LoanLogics Announces Executive Promotions, New Hire

jobline-handshakesIn Pennsylvania, LoanLogics, a loan quality management and performance analytics firm, announced two promotions within the company and a new addition to its team: Matt Woolley has moved up to SVP of national sales, Terrell Cassada has been named chief information officer, and Terese L. Campbell has joined as SVP for product management.

Taking over as SVP for national sales, Woolley will oversee LoanLogics’ national sales team, reporting directly to president and CEO Brian K. Fitzpatrick. In its announcement, the company recognized Woolley as a consistent top sales performer, increasing business volume with its biggest clients by 50 percent.

Woolley has held a variety of positions in both sales and management in the mortgage technology and financial services industries, serving clients ranging from government agencies, top lenders, and mortgage insurance companies.

Meanwhile, having worked formerly as SVP of technology, Cassada will now assume responsibility for all of LoanLogics’ document, data, and rules processing software development and technologies, as well as corporate infrastructure, data center infrastructure and operations, and corporate information and data security.

Cassada is described as a “vital member” of the technology department, having been a significant contributor to key architectural designs for LoanLogics’ platform and software development. Prior to joining the company, he provided management consulting services to the GSEs on Federal Housing Finance Agency (FHFA) mandated technology and operational and budgeting initiatives.

Finally, as LoanLogics’ new SVP for product management, Campbell is now responsible for ensuring the firm continues to develop and produce high-quality products designed to solve market problems and deliver competitive advantages to clients.

She has considerable experience in mortgage production operations and in credit and operational risk management, serving for more than 20 years at PHH Mortgage, where she was most recently VP of credit and operational risk.

Commenting on the company’s latest moves, Fitzpatrick expressed high hopes for all three executives.

“I am confident that Matt will continue to be a strong asset to LoanLogics in helping to take our company to new heights,” he said. “Terrell has played an instrumental role in the development of our industry-leading technology and has proven to be an excellent manager and leader. While only with the firm for a short time, Terese has proven herself to be an invaluable addition to the executive management team.”
