During her time with the company, Barrentine has fulfilled various positions for First Preston including senior vice president, chief financial officer, and chief operating officer. Barrentine is recognized as one of the guiding influences behind First Preston's transition from a small business to one of the nation's leaders in real estate services and intelligent technologies.
Currently, the First Preston HT family of companies encompasses First Preston Management, HomeTelos, BidSelect, HomeTracker, and Castle Peak Homes. The company specializes in managing and selling properties for real estate portfolio investors, financial institutions, and government entities, and according to a statement from First Preston HT, the group's successes represent an estimated $40 billion in market value.
