RealView gives companies like Plaza an advantage when evaluating the consistency and quality of appraisals for reverse mortgage loans by eliminating the ambiguity that often exists when lenders rely on more basic modules such as automated valuation models or desk appraisal reviews. Following Plaza's decision to engage Platinum's platforms in January, the company went on to tap RealView as part of its underwriting process on all transactions.
