Licensing Veteran Joins RealtyTrac’s Data Solutions Team

RealtyTrac's Data Solutions team now has a new face: Veteran licensing and business development executive Jeff Mattice joined the group as VP.

Serving in his new position, Mattice will help grow RealtyTrac's expanding data licensing business, which recently added a property-level dataset of tax, deed, and mortgage records for 125 million parcels nationwide.

"Jeff's broad experience in data and analytics make him an invaluable addition to the company," said RealtyTrac CEO Jamie Moyle. "His strategic business development expertise and established industry relationships will ensure that the Data Solutions department sees continued growth."

Mattice joins RealtyTrac from Black Knight Financial Services, where he worked for 13 years, most recently as director of national licensing and business development with the company's Applied Analytics division. He also spent five years as regional director of licensing at CoreLogic.

"RealtyTrac brings a creative, flexible and transparent offering to the tax, deed and mortgage data industry which is refreshing," Mattice said. "We're in the midst of an exciting era in real estate, and I look forward to working at RealtyTrac."
