Having previously outsourced its loan servicing through a sub-servicer, Envoy chose to bring its operations in-house to provide customers with the full capabilities of mortgage banking under one roof. Officials at the company cited FICS' dedication to providing an easy-to-use system for managing borrower and loan information, backed by an expert support team, as a key factor in their selection of Mortgage Servicer.

""FICS has gone above and beyond to ensure our operations run smoothly, and has greatly simplified the on-boarding process for all employees,"" said Envoy SVP Mike Maloney. ""Implementing Mortgage Servicer has not only enhanced day-to-day workflow between origination and servicing, but it has also enabled us to expand our offerings to customers and further grow our company as a whole.""

Mortgage Servicer automates loan servicing functions including escrow administration, collections, investor accounting, payment processing, loss mitigation, and year-end reporting. Since implementing the platform to bring its servicing in-house, Envoy has been able to provide a higher level of customer service and increase the number of loans managed by each employee.

""Today's servicers have come to expect great innovation, ease-of-use, and superior customer support from the technologies that they utilize,"" said Susan Graham, president and COO of FICS. ""Mortgage Servicer has allowed the Envoy Mortgage team to customize key aspects of their day-to-day workflow, enabling them to not only acquire additional loans, but service them more efficiently without incurring higher costs.""
