[COLUMN_BREAK]In his new position for the company, Kidder will be responsible for heading up New American's production team and bolstering the team's infrastructure, efficiency, and profitability.
According to an official release from New American, Kidder chose to join the organization based on the ""high ethical values and employee-focused culture that the company maintains.""
The statement went on to say that Kidder ""believed his strengths, and the ideals of the company, to be a great, long-term fit.""
