GMH Mortgage Services Names Associate VP of Recruiting

Beale has more than 12 years of talent acquisition experience in the mortgage industry and most recently worked at GMAC Mortgage, where he served as director of retail recruiting strategy. During his tenure there, he [COLUMN_BREAK]

recruited more than 200 employees, an increase of 110 percent over previous years. He also increased the number of offers and hires made year-over-year while bringing down the licensure failure rate of loan officers by more than 30 percent.
