Former Washington Wizards Star Lists East Coast Party Pad

Controversial hoops star Gilbert Arenas recently listed his Great Falls, Virginia, party pad for $3.5 million. According to ""Curbed"":http://dc.curbed.com/archives/2012/07/gilbert-arenas-house-for-sale.php, Arenas' estate features over-the-top amenities including a shark tank, outdoor grotto, suede covered walls, and one of ""the largest private pools you will ever see."" Additionally, Curbed reports that the 13,000-square-foot house boasts four kitchens, seven bedrooms, and 10 bathrooms.

Located near Washington, D.C., Arenas bought the home prior to being suspended and subsequently traded by the ""Wizards"":www.nba.com/wizards/ in 2010, following a 2009 scandal that involved handgun violations; Arenas signed a deal to play for the ""Memphis Grizzlies"":www.nba.com/grizzlies/ at the conclusion of the 2011/2012 NBA season.
