The Top 50 companies are selected based on four key criteria: continued advancement of technology and services, viable revenue model and value proposition to customers, exceptional customer service, and their unique impact on the mortgage industry.

FICS was included in the Top 50 as a result of its recently launched Rules OnDemand business rules module, which is part of its origination system, Loan Producer.

Rules OnDemand's dynamic focus gives clients tools that facilitate customized rule management; automation of loan product selection; and enhanced options for loan eligibility, loan validation, custom underwriting, private mortgage insurance pricing, interest rate pricing, and workflow.

Additionally, the FICS technology portfolio encompasses numerous origination and servicing platforms aimed at small to mid-sized lenders; FICS offerings include Loan Producer, Mortgage Servicer, and Commercial Servicer.

Commenting on FICS' honor, the company's president and chief operating officer, Susan Graham, said, ""_Mortgage Technology_ acknowledges those companies who combine innovative products with outstanding customer service. We are honored to be included once again on this list as a testament to our dedication to our customers and the value of our ever evolving mortgage software.""

The Texas-based entity has been in business for nearly 30 years, and FICS is known for its comprehensive technology solutions for both residential and commercial mortgage companies.
