Leading Leadership: XINNIX Hires New Trainer

Boosting its mortgage sales and leadership development programs, ""XINNIX"":http://www.xinnix.com/ announced the addition of Bruce Grant as a new trainer within the department. With more than 26 years in the industry, Grant is set to join XINNIX in a role that encompasses instructing new and existing loan officers on business development, leadership skills, and executive communications.

Of his new position, Grant said, ""The XINNIX standard for excellence along with the finest training system available truly set the company apart. I am excited to be a part of the XINNIX team as the demand for sales and leadership training continues to grow.""

Previously serving as vice president and
area manager for Texas-based ""WR Starkey Mortgage"":http://www.wrstarkey.com/, Grant has extensive experience in management, operations, human resources, and retail originations; he has also worked for ""HomeBanc Mortgage Corp."":http://www.homebanc.com/ASP/home.asp for 18 years, where he was responsible for managing retail production, sales training, product development, field marketing, and builder services.
